weight loss tips if you really want to waste time looking for them, but on most issues there is no real consensus. You read a book by an expert that says to cut back on fat and another that says to eat plenty of fat and drastically reduce your carbohydrate intake. Who is right? Who knows!
Lose Weight by Exercising
The only thing that all of the experts seems to agree on is that exercise works. In fact, exercise works for more than just weight loss. After my Grandma died, Grandpa went crazy doing all kinds of push-ups and stuff, working out hard every day. The next time I went to visit him (many months later), I swear he looked ten years younger. That is what exercise can do for you.
There have been many studies done on exercise, and they all agree that exercise really works as a weight loss method. Besides burning calories, a good exercise program builds up your muscles, which increases your metabolism because muscle tissue burns more calories than fat tissue. So by having more muscles, you burn more calories even when you're not exercising.
For people who are extremely overweight or out of shape, it's OK to start slow. Don't feel like you need to go out and run around the block (or even walk around the block) on the first day. Just do something. Take a few baby steps and see where they lead. Maybe you will make it to the corner on the first day. Or maybe you will just walk up and down your stairs a couple of times. That's better than what you did yesterday. Just keep adding a little bit to your routine each day and you will get there.

Sometimes it can be tempting to take the easy way out. Fat loss supplements like
Lipo 6 sound great, but these products are rarely tested to prove that they do anything at all. Those that are tested are usually tested only by the companies that manufacture them, and they have no incentive to tell you if the results were not encouraging. It's always best to ask your doctor before trying one of these products.
However, everyone can exercise, and you don't need supplements or expensive equipment to do it. All you need is your own muscles and a little time set aside each day to get out and do something.
